Create and decorate to your heart’s content with our dry fondant sugar: You can add water, sugar or liqueur to vary the taste, colour and consistency just as you want. You will need:
  • 250 g Diamant dry fondant sugar
  • 3-4 tbsp cold water
It couldn’t be easier:
  1. Pour the dry fondant sugar in a bowl and add water a tablespoon at a time, mixing until smooth.
  2. You can continue to add water drop by drop to dilute the icing until it is precisely the consistency you need.
  3. Simply brush the glaze onto the prepared pastry and let it dry – for shiny results just like at the bakery!
  4. Enjoy!
Our tip: Your icing – just the way you like it.

Why not experiment with lemon juice, cherry juice or amaretto? Simply add 4-5 tbsp of juice or liqueur to 250 g of Diamant dry fondant sugar. Give it a go!
